Recruitment Coordinator

Avanta Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator who will assist our team with a variety of administrative and recruitment responsibilities. This role will appeal to the individual who likes to work hard toward achieving their goals, while celebrating their successes with an amazing team.

We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, hard-working, results driven candidate who can get things done quickly.

Top Duties: 

  • Using social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates.
  • Writing job descriptions and posting jobs to various job boards.
  • Performing candidate reference checks.
  • Formatting and editing resumes.
  • Being the first point of contact for clients and candidates via telephone and face to face.
  • Maintaining the kitchen and office and ordering supplies when needed.
  • Other special projects.

Must haves:

  • College Diploma or University Degree (Business related preferred).
  • New graduate or up to 3 years office experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong in interest in writing/marketing.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to self-prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Proactive approach, able to anticipate needs and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
