Avanta Consulting has been retained by our client to seek a Customer Service Coordinator to support their growth model and provide best in class service to their customers.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator is a critical member of the team who supports many internal and external customers.  We are looking for someone is a pro-active thinker who is passionate about creating customer-centric experiences.
Successful candidates will have:         
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, team player who takes initiative and exemplifies strong organizational skills
  • One year of experience in a customer support or office administrator role where you were passionate about resolving issues
  • Thrive in managing multiple tasks and determining priorities on the fly based on the urgency and time
  • Exposure to dynamic, fast paced and rapidly changing environments
You are a born organizer and doer . . . you love making checklists and take pride in crossing completed tasks off . . . everything from stocking the office supply cupboard to ensuring tradeshow booths arrive on time and in perfect condition across the globe.
